When RemixPin credits are returned, and how to ask about a charge

1 credit = 1 remix. Credits are reserved when a remix starts. If generation fails and no result was produced, the credit is returned to your balance automatically, once.
A delivered result is not refunded. Clicking regenerate starts a new remix and uses 1 credit.
Monthly subscriptions renew until you cancel them from the billing page; cancelling stops future renewals. One-time credit packs are not subscriptions. Credits expire as shown on the pricing page.
If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or think a charge is wrong, contact us through the contact page with the email on your account and we will look into it.
